when your really regret dealing with bradlows

I purchased a Grafton Everest lounge set in cash in Jan 2016. Within the first few months we starting experiencing defaults with the set. we complained on numerous occasions and only when it was almost a year, did Bradlows come in to collect the lounge set for inspection. the lounge came back with more defaults than we previously complained about. It went in another 2 times - came back with nothing sorted out. We complained at the Bradlows store and we were told there is nothing they can do - we just have to wait. I have even requested to take another lounge set and was prepared to pay the difference. I was told i have to wait for the supplier to give them feedback. The lounge set went in for the 4th time - that was 2 months ago. We have not received any feedback from them as yet. We currently dont have a lounge set to sit on for the 2 months. It is very uncomfortable especially for my 75 year old mum as we are now hiring plastic chairs to sit on. I went in today to the store to see what the outcome was and i was told that the Warehouse staff was on strike and their management is on leave. They didnt even bother to offer us a courtesy lounge set. Every time we request for the store Manager - the manager is always out or on leave. We were referred to a lady by the name of Mumtaz - who was always rude to us on numerous occasions. 2 months without a lounge set is very difficult. It is a very uncomfortable situation especially when we have visitors. Maybe if we had taken the lounge set on HP and had stopped making payments until the set was sorted out, then we would have had fantastic customer service. It is really sad that the customer values displayed on the Bradlows walls contradicts itself. My patience has finally run out. I have not enjoyed my lounge set from the time i purchased it. It seems as if they are waiting for the guarantee to expire so that they wont have to deal with the problem anymore. The Bradlows store has pathetic customer service. I personally would not recommend anyone dealing with the Bradlows group. I would definately be taking my further business elsewhere.
