After i posted my complaint here. I got contacted by the store manager Sipho apologizing and ensured Me that the couch will be collected and fixed. That definitely happened and i'm really happy that Sipho kept me in the loop and he was always updating me and making sure that i was happy. Thank you very much Sipho. You really recovered service and restored my faith in the JD group. I'm coming back soon. Thank you. :-)
