Weak customer service

I bought a deep freezer from Bradlows Humansdorp consultant Doneshia Jacobs ***6 where I was told it would be delivered late Tuesday as they only get stock Tuesday and Thursday.The lady that assisted me knew the urgency of this fridge and told me she’ll call to update but I had to be the one to go into the store to get an update every time and was told if I wanted the fridge I had to go fetch it myself at my own cost at the warehouse in Port Elizabeth.Poor customer service Humansdorp.She got her sale she will meet her target but me as the customer has the bad service and attitude where she shouts at me infront of her manager.She knew the urgency of this sale but still did not try her outmost best to give excellent service.As a supplier I will never buy from Bradlows ever again because of this sales agent
