We recently purchased a recliner couch set from Bradlows. Upon delivery, the couches were damaged. Although we promptly reported the issue, the subsequent 'repairs' were inadequate, and the set was returned to us with additional scratches and damage. Our further attempts to resolve this have been unsuccessful. For a positive furniture buying experience where your items arrive in pristine condition, I recommend considering alternative retailers.
