Watch out, you will pay your account but your (account balance wont really go down)

They really trick you with your repayments. So I opened an account in end of August last year, gave R910 as deposit so my first repayment will be end of September 2023. My total that I needed to pay back was R19,620.50 I have paid I've paid R6 933,57 already and they say I still owe R17.272,48 where actually I owe them R12 686,93
