Waste of time bradlows phoenix

The worst service or no customer service at bradlows JDG GROUP. Went to the bradlows phoenix plaza branch for an account query waiting for almost an hour. The staff have to contact the call centre for a query staff cannot give clients balance on accounts and reffer them to the call centre. They very quick at making a sale but the attitude stinks it sad to see service at this low standards.
