Washing machine not working

I was very happy to open an account with Bradley's for the first time, I was assisted everything went well when the agent Malibongwe was assisting me at Bradley's Johannesburg central Jeppe street,he followed up and I was enjoying the service until the washing machine stopped working I called in a complaint wast logged for me and I was told during the week the machine will be fetched this was mid October I waited went to the store to follow up as I had no one call me, I waited went back to the store the lady was not helping at all and told me if I don't follow up on my complaint I won't get assisted it showed that they do not care at all they only care when they making a sale to date I have not heard from Bradlows but the monthly subscriptions go through every month I am Sitting with a washing machine that does not work yet my account is being debited every month is this fair? I am not happy and will never recommend Bradlows
