Washing Machine Issue still not sorted

I called Morkels Jabulani four weeks ago to notify them that the washing machine i had bought from them on the 22nd of August 2014 was no longer working and they promised to send a technician from Defy to have a look at it, a week later the technician show up and fixed the machine, however a few days later we noticed that it was no longer working as it should. this time around it was slower and the lid wouldn't close fully, i called them again and the same technician came and had a look at it but didn't touch it as he told us that there is nothing more he can do as he had already fixed the machine.<br> <br> I have been receiving meaningless phone calls from Morkels Jabulani with no solution to this issue and the washing machine still stands not working properly and our washing is pilling up.<br> I need a new washing machine since they cant fix this one, this back and forth thing clearly states that they careless about customer service.
