Washing Machine Issue still not sorted

After a week of going back and forth the technician still maintains that there is nothing wrong with the machine when i am the one who uses the machine on a weekly basis and i can i again tell you that the machine is no working as it was before, clearly this washing machine is faulty and the lid still can't close fully.<br> <br> This is an insult to me, i take it as Morkels and Defy are saying i am crazy for saying the washing machine that i bought is still faulty. <br> Customer service is still not Morkels number priority, i am very dissapointed
