Wardrobe door fell off after 3 weeks of purchase

In February I bought a couch along with a wardrobe at Bradlows in Parrow. The couch is fine and they delivered on time but the wardrobe door fell three weeks after the purchase. I went to the shop they said I must call customer care, I did and all I got was a reference number no one has come to fix the wardrobe or to fetch it. I'm disappointed because they were so efficient when I was buying but now that I have a problem they're not as quick to fix it.
