want my sofa back

i am Siphokazi Kobese ********** 48580 , I bought couches in November (six months ) and have found out that at the back they have broken the back now I called in December to report but nothing was done ,again I reported as was sent from pillar to post and eventually I got hold of Loyiso and he made a follow up on the query ,the sofa were taken but since now after 2 months I am still battling in getting the sofa back ,they are claiming I need to pay and I am asking myself how come whereas I paid 20 000 already for those sofas ,I want my sofa back or get another sofa ,I have been called by them over and over again and eventually they told me I need to pay why I want my sofas .,my number is ********** 962 and ********** 637
