want my money back

<p>goo day</p> <p>my name is Agnes Ramodikoe, ID NO: ********** 771088..Cell no: ********** 636</p> <p>i went to Bradlows furniture shop Corner Market and Vanbrandis to buy a bed on the 15 february 2017 and i used my bank card to swipe R2999 cash and the process went through then they never deliver until i went to ask why??? they said the out of stock, i then decided to cancell the purchase and went buy somewhere.</p> <p>when i demanded my money a lady by the name of Esther( branch manager) said i must go to my bank to request the statement i did just that..but still now i never got my money back... Can someone please help to get my money back as i am a single mom whose working as a cleaner..i am in need of that money..i surely wouldnt dare refer anyone to that kind of the store,, the service is bad and feel like they rob people's money.</p> <p> </p> <p>hope will get my money back.</p>
