Waiting for a paid up TV

My cousin bought a 55 inch Sansui UHD LED TV in August 2019 for R6.999.95 at Gugulethu Square Mall branch in Gugulethu, Cape Town. The TV went blank after 8 months of buying it. She went and complained at the furniture shop and was told to bring it in for repairs. After visiting the furniture shop several times to ask the status of the repairs she's not getting any indication as to what's happening with regards to the TV since August 2019. The TV is paid up and still under guarantee and she's left without a TV.
