Violation of customer rights (bradlows store manager (Charly)

This review is on behalf of my father, client of Bradlows furniture store in Vereeniging Markpark ...he (my father) bought sofas on the 4th of January '19 the stitches were torn so he made an arrangement for the store to come and replace them they came and took them on the 29/10/19. Ever since they told him they don't have the same design so he can choose others in the store which he refused because he wanted his 1st choice so from then till now they are refusing him a refund, and they are still debiting, in short he is still paying the sofas he doesn't have , we have tried and exhausted all resources the store manager (Charly) is a misogynist, ***ist,disrespectful, he told my step mother that he is not addressed by women, his attitude stinks he violatedmy father's constitutional & Customer rights descriminated my father based on age and IQ level ...headoffice is not helping also
