Very very bad service of bradlows

Hate bradlows plz dont buy from them anything these peoples are very .... i paid then for my bed 3300 but i didn't collect my bed then i get other house with all furniture... now i was getting refund they siad bring this documents i gave then all documents now after 2weeks them come and said bring original statement.... what the **** is this i spend 800petrol for 3300 refund they laughing on me ***..... will never recomend my any friend
