Very unhappy

I have actually had enough now. I bought a couch on layby. Paid it up and have been waiting for 20 days now for delivery. The extreme frustrating thing is that I have had to take days off work to receive my couch. Just so you know how badly the online department is run. I live in magaliesig in Fourways and the driver phoned and was in magaliesburg. Really how absolutely bad your dispatch people must be to get that wrong. You say you’ve been in the business for 100 years. But really it doesn’t seem like it. Elizabeth in you online department is also a really bad communicator. She never answer phone calls or emails. This is my very desperate attempt to actually get hold of someone at Bradlows to tell when I can receive my couch. Because currently I feel like bradlows have ****** my R11000. I will definitely never ever make a purchase with bradlows ever again!
