very poor service

I am very disgusted by the service I received from bradlows . It has been almost 3 weeks am waiting for my furniture to be delivered . I 1st went to Southgate mall and dealt a very *********** old man .its him 2hrs to capture and application on the system . he later stated that there a statement that is missing!!! This is after spending 2hrs in the shop . 2 days later when I did a follow up I was told that the offer has dropped and have to choose new furniture !!! I advised the old man to give options which he couldn’t after I have told him what I wanted . I decided to take my application to Alex and the worst even happened the guy form Southgate 1st quoted me twice and refused to transfer my application to this branch . then I had to make a decision as I was now told that I needed to pay a deposit of R3100 if I want the suite I 1y qualified for!!!!! I then decided to choose a less option and was told I should pay R990.00 ,by the lady called noxolo when I called to confirm payment she tells me she has made a mistake as she has given me details of a different client and I am supposed to pay R2211.00 which I did . it has been 4 days since I have mad the payment after the run around and I have not received my lounge suite . my 1st visit at this pathetic store was on the 19th September 2019 today is the 2nd October and nothing has happened , such bull when I call to follow up am being told the driver cannot be allocated !!!!!!!
