Very poor service- delivery

I bought a bedroom suite on the 30th of November 2025 and was promised it would be delivered the following week, no later than Wednesday. However, it only arrived on Saturday, the 6th of December 2025. When it arrived, the furniture was damaged and had to be returned. I am now still waiting for a replacement, after having already removed my old furniture and prepared the room for the new suite. The Bradlows delivery service has been very disappointing, and I still have no idea when my order will actually be delivered.
