Very poor service and quality products!!

<p>I bought a queen size bed and base at bradlows Potchefstroom. So they delivered is with holes in the base. I phoned the manager which respnce were "is it too bad?" Yesss its bad I dont want a broken product!!! Soo he said they will deliver the base in that week because they dont have stock (this was the monday). By friday I phoned to find out when the base will be deliverd and his response were "you dont have to phone me I will phone you" and he said they will deliver the new base the following week. It has been 3 weeks later and still no new base!!! </p>
