Very poor service

I have order couches in December they delivered damaged 1 they promised to exchange it till today they never store manager said I should contact customer service because they are not helping them. I tried customer service spoke to Sithembisenkosi Khanyile promised me to receive a call with 24 hrs and that was the 24 February till today no 1 bother to give me a call back .I'm very very disappointed with this service .I'm still left with damaged couche
