Very poor quality of the mattress

In February 2021 last year I bought an Edblo mattress from Bradlows Arbour crossing,the biggest regret of my life since I saved up for the bed for two years.In less than a month of sleeping on the bed I could feel the springs,I now sleep on the single bed which I bought from Beds 2 Go when I'm at home as the mattress is really uncomfortable and I don't even weigh more than 65kg so it can't be my weight.I sleep alone and I'm hardly at home as I'm renting next to work so it's really frustrating that the bed in the room where I'm renting is way cheaper that the Edblo one but more comfortable.I honestly feel it's only fair that I'm refunded or given a replacement for the double mattress which is still in its plastic and in a good condition.I don't take off the plastic on all of my beds as I really don't like a dirty mattress.I can be reached on *** but I prefer correspondence by e-mail I'm still awaiting your response,I've attached my receipt and the photo of the mattress.
