Very Poor Customer Service

<p>Firstly my items were delivered a day late than the day Marla and I agreed on.</p> <p>Secondly the driver was extremely rude and he delivered my stove without the 3 free items I was supposed to receive. (Kettle, Iron and sandwich toaster).</p> <p>Thirdly Marla has been providing such pathetic and poor service, she has promised to call me back regarding my 3 items I am due to receive and up until now she has not bothered to contact me.</p> <p>I have been calling her and asking for her to assist me and I have been to the store to speak to her and the manager refused to speak to me, I took the stove as I wanted the 3 free items and now I have to beg for them.</p> <p>I want this account cancelled as I am not receiving the service I require.</p> <p>My lawyer will be contacting you regarding this sale as I am extremely unhappy with such service and every time I call your office my call is dropped. I even have the recordings of your reception cutting my calls.</p> <p>I request for a manager to contact me regarding this and I will not be visiting the store for my items to be collected, I want them delivered to my home address within 4 days or I will gladly return the stove and TV back to your store.</p>
