Very poor customer service

I walked into Bradlows Southgate on the 11 January 2022.I saw a fridge on the store floor on display. I told Jane the saleslady that was the fridge I wanted to purchase. The 13 January a totally different fridge was delivered to my home.Since then many calls whatsapp msg emails etc. Todate I am still for the fridge that I chose and paid for. Someone stuffed up and I the customer is highly inconvenience. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to replace the food that went bad. This matter has caused my blood pressure to rise had to go to the Dr and pay cash. Purchasing a fridge from Bradlows was the worst mistake I made. I should have read all the bad reviews before shopping at Bradlows
