Very poor Bradlows customer service and after sales services.

we bought a (54") TV from Bradlows (Phalaborwa) before the guarantee expired we had to take it back for repair, 1st they contact us and said there was nothing wrong with the TV, we drove the 160km and fetch it and after 3 days the TV did the same thing with a green line on the side of the screen, there after we drove another 160km back again to go and show them the green line on the screen, this time they have seen it themselves and sent it in for repairs, the suppliers apparently said they cant repair it. Now we have an option of getting a smaller TV (40") or a (58") with the condition of paying in an extra amount or our money back after one week. Just for interesting sake who must cover the costs of us traveling 480km forth and back to get the TV repair, this is apparently not according to Bradlows (Phalaborwa) there problem and will not even consider the deviate of the bigger TV to us on any discount or brake even costs.
