Very insensitive business ethic

I bought a tv in October from bradlows bluff Durban. Unfortunately the screen broke as a child mistakenly threw a vaseline bottle into it as he was wiping himself. This happened in January. This was reported and bradlows has since sent two separate inestigators to come to the house. The tv is in the house. Granted we have been in level 5 lockdown .Now that we are on level 4 and they have opened they are still quiet. I feel that i have suffered enough without the tv. What should I do. I am still paying my installments and this tv is insured. Please kindly help me.
