Very horrible

We bought a Hisense double glass fridge around March 2023. When we moved around beginning of July the glass got broken and we reported the matter to Bradlows and we were informed that we have to pay for repairs. When the fridge was bought we were told it has two years of warranty. Bradlows is refusing to fix it. Their service is very bad. Our reference number is MO-HISE-***.
