Very disappointed with their service

I bought a bed room suite for at a Bellville branch to be delivered for my mother's birthday in East London.<br> the dressing table was delivered with a factory fault the paint was coming out from the wood I still have pictures taken on the day of delivery. The mirror had a minor crack that I am assuming will expand in future. the people who delivered the goods could not assemble the items saying that there were no holes opened for the *****s. I reported this to the manager in Bellville he referred me to East London, when I reported it to East London they referred me to Bellvile saying its their responsinbility to open a case and followup. I reported again to Bellville they promised to investigate and revert to me. After that conversation with Yvonne noone ever contacted me nor my mother. My mother even went to East London to followup and they could not assist her. I even told Yvonne that I want to buy another bed but I cannot if they can't solve this issue.
