Very Disapointed with the service from bradlows

<p>hi we have purchased a lounge set from bradlows in decmeber 2016 when we recieved the lounge set it was damaged and we laid a complain about the damages they said they will come and fetch it and investigate the damages it took them like 5 months to come and pick it up they picked it on 10th May 2017. they told us it will take up to 3 week till we get out lounge set back we gave them a benifit of a dout and gave them 4 weeks now we calling the store and warehouse giving them our refernce numbers asking them about our lounge set no one knows wheres our lounge set and the refernce number they say its closed , BRADLOWS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS AND THE STAFF DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. at this point i dont even know if i am going to get the lounge set i am paying for back. no one knows wheres it i am so disapointed. WHO EVER READS THIS I WARN YOU GUYS NOT TO BUY FROM BRADLOWS AND PASS THIS ON TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.</p>
