VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT CENTRE

Bradlows furniture shop has beautiful furnitures but its customer call centre is very bad. I contacted customer service support to enquire about the message sent to me of the refund but the agent chose to hang up the phone.
