Very bad service

I bought a plasma television on credit at bradlows in the tsakane township and after some time it had a problem then i took it back to bradlows because it has an extended warranty,i gave them back the tv november 2019 and they haven't fixed it but i keep paying monthly instalments for something i don't see,when i go to bradlows to enquire about the tv they keep telling me stories,the service at bradlows is poor,i am still waiting for it even now,month end i will pay instalment for something i dont have,its been almost 4 months now.
