Very bad service

I have a very bad review with bradlows I bought my TV October last year it has since had a problem 3 times already with back lights thy are giving me run around about the exchange its been 2 months now without a TV and no help at all from the store manager to head office no one is taking an accountability I've been calling everyday with no assist n I still have to pay fr something that I don't have in me,pls help me am so desperate,there is nothing that I have not tried to do with no help .if you thinking of buying in that store pls dnt they don't value their customers even their head office they are not helping with anything dnt buy frm that shop !!!!!
