Very bad service...

My mother Mrs Kgokong bought sofas at bradlows in Randfontein some time ago... Since they wr bought they've been returned for fixing for about 5 times now..the manager there seems like she is also failing to assist ... We asked for new sofas but they still bringing back broken sofas... We very angry n disappointed Someone said they are failing to give us new sofas because my mother bought them cash but if it was installment they would have long assisted us as they gonna get interest! So we are angry and won't ever buy at bradlows again ever this is not fair thinking those sofas wr bought with cash...
