Very BAD service

I bought a coffee table from Bradlows 3months ago and they delivered the one that they were displaying in the shop it have too many scratches it's a secondhand to sell it with original price...I went to the shop to complain and told them to deliver a right coffee table and they promised it's been 3months waiting for their promises when I go to the shop I get same promises all the time am tired now I mean 3months in my house stucking with something I never bought a "secondhand "because of their POOR SERVICE.
