Very bad experience

What a bad service I got from Bradlows I bought power station online, on their website it state that I will get my delivery in 2-5 working days. I bought it on the 20th July today is the 1st of August Never had from them, After calling them I got an email from JD group, when I try to call the number no one is picking up. Mbali banda is responsible.
