Very bad experience

I've received a very horrific experience from bradlows Midrand, I made a lay-by of a microwave for R1500, now that I have to pay off the balance I'm being told that the system indicates R1600, my slip says R1500, what nonsense is this? Is it my fault that the system changed the amount? I'll never buy from them again!
