Very Bad Customer Service on after sales

My son in law bought me a new Edblo Milan 152 cm base set from bradlows on the 10/1/2019. In July 2019 we lodge a complain that the matrass is not up to standard and already in a poor condition. On Theusday 21/11/2019 I lodge an second complain as they never come back to me on the 1st one. The salesperon who assist me send he would lodge a complain and that I will received an sms with a ref no when it happens to tell me that the complain was lodge needless to say 1 week later nothing.
