Very Angry Customer

i went to Bradlows Vosloorus on the 1st of July 2020 and i was assist by the lady called Maria i bought BASE SET , the lady told me it will be delivered after 3 days , i was so excited come the fourth day i had to call and only to find out that they do not have it on stock , i was very angry firstly no one bothered to call me , secondly why wasn't I informed that its out of stock, i requested my refund on the 4th and i was told to send my bank statement i did that, after 2 days they did receive an email without an attachment i had to resend my bank statement , 3 days later they request my id i had to email my id copy till today i haven't receive any form of communication from the branch , i need my money since they have failed to deliver . my ref no ***
