Ventura Leather couch sub-standard

We bought a lounge suit from Morkels which was delivered on 06 Dec 2013. Armrests and leg rests of this couch started cracking but was unable to report this issue until 29 Dec 2014 due to work commitments. It is very disappointing to point out that to date (more than 4 months later) no one has bothered to look at this couch for possible repairs or solution although on same day their representative called and reported this complaint immediately. I even got an SMS to confirm receipt of the complaint. The couch carries a guarantee of 2 years. I only managed to go into the shop when I got a chance on 05 May 2015 to find out what was happening. Unfortunately, nothing was happening although this complaint was showing on their system. I felt very disappointed in the carelessness and failure by Morkels to provide customer service. Needless to say \I will never buy from this shop again". Until today"
