Utmost bad customer service

I paid my account via EFT and Bradlows deducted again on a different date I did not allow for. I logged a refund the beginning of November 2022 and called numerous times just to get the worst service ever they cannot provide me with any feedback and cannot tell me the turnaround time when I will be getting my refund. They also get very rude when you ask to speak to an Afrikaans speaking person and then drops the call. I am very dissatisfied with the overall customer service received since the day I set foot in the store. From the beginning to now I have only received bad service. I also asked them to speak to my wife regarding the issues and they refused. I will never again purchade anything from Bradlows as their customer service is non existent. I WILL RATHER GO SOMEWHERE ELDE FOR MY FURNITURE. It is too much of a pain to deal with them.
