USLESS SERVICE
Went to get a 55" Sansui on credit from Bradlows Bluff Durban. 2 days later my tv was delivered to my home. Upon delivery I asked the 2 guys to put the tv on before they leave to make sure it was working. Firstly they didn't even know how to get this tv on. Then they couldn't figure out why the light was green on the tv (indicating that it's on) but there was no picture. Eventually after struggling with it they showed me a Sansui sign come up on the tv when switched on. I could barely see it so assumed all I had to do was adjust the contrast. Once these 2 guys left I started trying to adjust the colour and contract on the tv to get the picture right only to realise nothing is visible at all. I called the store in hope of assistance and staff kept requesting me to press different button trying to assist me in getting the contrast right. Eventually after a very frustrating conversation 3 sales people from the store came to my home to try and assist me and confirmed that there isn't anything that can be done. The tv was delivered to me with an issue with it. The sales lady who initially assisted me said she would log a call for me so that tge tv could be picked up and a new one be delivered to me. She then tells me that unfortunately I would have to keep the broken tv the hole weekend as the warehouse is doing stocktake and they won't be able to assist me till the new week. This angered the hell out of me but there wasn't much I could do. It in now the new week and STILL IM SITTING WITH A BROKEN TV!!!!!!! I have 3 kids in my home and this tv is in the box on the floor. If one of my kids drop this box who the hell is gonna be responsible for it???? Why hasn't anyone come to fetch this tv??? Why has no one even contacted me from the warehouse?? The service is pathetic really. When it comes to payment it's expected on time but the service isn't even worth the money spent. I have asked sales person over and over if I can cancel this contract get my money back and they can take their broken tv with no luck.
