USELESS SERVICE

Received very bad service from Bradlows, I will rather not say which store but when I bought the bed they said they will assemble it for me, when delivered the delivery guy from the store just left the bed like that and did not assemble it. When I assembled the bed I discovered that the base of the bed was damaged due to the way they have loaded it on their bakkie, the mattress was also damaged and thorn at the corner. Logged a complaint with the useless to say the less customer care team, more than a week has passed with no luck on getting it exchanged. I will never support them or recommend them to any one as it is the poorest service that I ever received.
