Useless and Pathetic

If I was able to give this place 0 stars I would gladly do so All they worry about is the sale. Customer service is absolutely horrifying Purchased furniture at Bradlows, phoenix plaza to the value of R42000 The sales lady was glad to assist as she wanted the sale, I indicated that I needed delivery on a specific day and she agreed saying no stress it will be there. Fast forward to the day I was expecting the delivery, nothing showed up. I received the goods after 4 days I had to constantly run after the sales rep and the manager refused to come to the phone. What kind of manager is that even? How did he even get the job One of the recliners aren't working its been almost a month now and the sales rep constantly has an excuse of how she is not working today or head office is not responding. That is not my problem
