Useless

I strongly believe that Bradlows should rather close shops because their customer services is a nuisance, to say the least. I bought a sleep master base with then in 2016 for my holiday house, mind you I don't stay there nor use the base daily. Guess what when I visited last week, I realized that it was broken and logged a call with them. I am told that I have to pay for the base and they will give me the base that is different from the mattress. Let me warn you dear consumers stop buying from bradlows they are ******.
