Urgent-Bad Service Complaint against Bradlows Fochville and Seally head office

I want to lay a complaint against Bradlows Fochville and seally head office. I bought two seally beds one double and one queen size.The 137cm double bed feet broke out.The queen (152cm) is sagging and springs noisy and the bed has terrible movement. I started complaining since july and August 2023 till tody no solution with everything. My recliner coutches also is starting with trouble so I don’t know where to go from here.Maybe I must seek a lawyer.Attached find bradlows comms and seally.

I need to find a solution with these people.
