Untrue information listed on ITC Payment Profile

<p>I've never missed a payment on my Morkels account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was surprised to see on my ITC report that I have a bad payment profile on my Morkels. Strange how the account shows an up to date status Sept 2016 and then Oct 2016 the account shows 60 days in arrears.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. I've accepted the fact that Morkels dubble debited my account again this year )30 November and 12 December) without my consent</p> <p>2. I gave up on fighting with Morkels about the condition of the lounge suite.</p> <p> </p> <p>BUT Im not going to accept the fact that they list me as a bad payment if my account is up to date.</p>
