Unsatisfied with bradlows Bellville branch

I purchased a lounge suit in November 2020, after 8 months the couches started to show a defect whereby it was squeaky and went flat. I contacted the branch in Bellville where I purchased it from and all they said they can do is send it in for repairs and this will be the third time the couches has gone in for repairs. The first time it came back from repairs they did not repair the couches correctly as it was still the same problem. I still fall under the 1 year warranty yet they cannot assist me further as they claim its past the 6 month guarantee period. I as a customer is disappointed in the lack of service provided by the company and managers themselves as they cannot come to a conclusion and keep going back and forth with sending faulty couches in for repairs. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them because of the quality of products and services is not up to standard.
