UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

<p>its been 9months i have sent back my lounge suite for repairs at Bradlows and every time i go to tha branch in jabulani mall to query when will my lounge suite be delivered back the manager always gives me a bad attitude i make sure i pay my instalment every month,and i have been a reliable customer for over 10 years but because of the bad service im getting from the branch manager in jabulani mall,this is the last time im bringing business to this company,i need action to be taken for my case,i need my lounge suit back</p>
