UNSATISFACTORY MANAGEMENT

I have received the most unsatisfactory service ever. I bought a bedroom suit CASH from Bradlows Queenstown carcath road on the 31st March 2018. The suit was then delivered on the 4th April 2018 but it was badly damaged upon delivery, it was not in a good condition. It had scratches and dents. The saleslady (NWABISA) then promised that they would change the suit within 7days but TILL THIS DAY I am still waiting.

I have never in my life met such a negligent management. I am not happy at all. Its either you change that bedroom suit within 7days or I get my money back ASAP so I can go and purchase from companies that put their clients needs first.
