Unresolved issue

Unresolved Service and Product Issues at Bradlows Alexandra Branch I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from Bradlows, Alexandra Branch. In late August, I purchased two bed sets from the store:

A ¾ Sleepmaster bed for my daughter A Queen-size Serta bed for myself

Shortly after the purchase, I noticed tearing on the Serta mattress. I immediately reported the issue, but since then, I have been taken from pillar to post with no resolution. Serta sent someone to inspect the mattress at my home, and while they did confirm the damage, they shifted the blame to transportation, stating that the torn label indicated mishandling. Despite this, I returned to the Bradlows Alexandra Branch manager at Alex Mall, who assured me that he would resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, instead of action, I have been given excuses — first, that there was rain, then that the G20 event had blocked access to the warehouse, and now the manager is no longer taking my calls. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially as this was my first time purchasing from Bradlows. Based on the service I have received, it will also be my last. I am exhausted and disappointed, and I am requesting urgent intervention to resolve this matter.
