Unprofessionalism and lies

My mom ordered furniture end of November and was assured she would receive it the following day. Today is mid December and still they lying about when it will arrive. This is unprofessional and it seems to undermine my parents coz they've been calling and checking on the progress but all they get in return is lies. This is the last time we spending our money there.
